§ 131.01 CONSUMPTION OR POSSESSION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON MUNICIPALLY-OWNED OR LEASED PROPERTY PROHIBITED.
The consumption or possession of any alcoholic beverage of any type is prohibited on or upon any municipally-owned or leased real estate, including any buildings erected thereon, within the corporate limits of the city and including, but not limited to, the Feick Memorial Park, West Side Park, Eastside Park, Quincy Street Park, Heritage Park, Little league Baseball Diamond, and any other municipally-owned or leased property.

Any
one who violates any provision of §
131.01 shall be subject to a fine of $50 per violation. Fines and
penalties should be governed by and collected pursuant to the
provisions of the Ordinance Violations Bureau. Any person who
fails to pay the fines and penalties provided for in this section
shall be responsible for all fees and expenses incurred in collection
of said fines, including attorney fees.
