§ 112.01 CARNIVALS, STREET FAIRS AND CIRCUSES PROHIBITED IN PUBLIC STREETS; EXCEPTIONS.
(A) It shall be unlawful for any street fair, carnival or circus, to be erected, set up, operated and maintained upon the public streets of the city.
(B) Nothing contained in this section shall prevent the Board of Works from granting permission to any local organization, charitable or otherwise, from operating and maintaining locally sponsored and locally operated ice cream socials, bazaars, community party, concession stand or other charitable project as the Board of Works shall in its opinion deem fit and proper. All such ice cream socials, bazaars, community parties, concession stands or other charitable projects shall not be operated or held until the consent of the Board of Works shall first be obtained.
